ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

The Pease Development Authority (“PDA”) invites sealed proposals for HVAC Maintenance at Pease International Tradeport and Division of Ports and Harbors Properties. The contract time will be two years in duration, with an option to renew for one additional year. Proposals will be received at the office of the PDA, 360 Corporate Drive, Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth, New Hampshire until 11:00 a.m. local time, Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Proposals shall be enclosed in two envelopes (inner and outer), both of which shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “Proposal for HVAC Maintenance, Attn: Engineering Department”.

Prospective contractors must be fully insured.

Proposal documents will be available on or after February 8, 2006 by calling 603-427-2836.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Interested Contractors will meet at the Offices of the PDA, 360 Corporate Drive, Portsmouth. This will be the only time available to tour the buildings.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this advertisement. No contractor will be discriminated against on grounds of race, sex, religion, color or national origin.

No contractor may withdraw his/her proposal within sixty (60) days following the opening. The PDA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informality, and to accept any proposal that it may deem in its sole discretion to be in its best interest.
