TENANT ASSOCIATION

Tenant Association at Pease

The Tenants Association at Pease (TAP) is an organization comprised of businesses located at the Pease International Tradeport, one of the fastest growing and dynamic workplace environments in the northeastern United States. Pease is located on the scenic New Hampshire seacoast in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, just 50 miles north of Boston, Massachusetts and 45 miles south of Portland, Maine.

Incorporated in October, 1999, TAP was formed in order to:

  • Promote the quality of life of the Tradeport's tenant organization, their employees, and the seacoast area in general.
  • Monitor the delivery of services to the tenant organizations, including services delivered by the City of Portsmouth, the Pease Development Authority (PDA), utility companies, and others, to ensure that business can be effectively and safely conducted, and that the quality of life at the Tradeport is continually enhanced.
  • Serve as a representative for the tenants, employees, and seacoast residents in general to the PDA, the City of Portsmouth, and other appropriate organizations or government entities.
  • Work to ensure that TAP maintains full and formal representation within the PDA, including on its board of directors and marketing committee.
  • Explore new ways for tenants to gather for social, athletic, and/or philanthropic events and causes.
