Located at the entrance to the Pease International Tradeport is Redhook Ale Brewery.

The Pease Development Authority's board is composed of seven members. As per RSA Chapter 12-G:4,  the Board of Directors are appointed as follows for a 3 year term:

  • One member appointed by the Governor and Executive Council

  • One member appointed by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Portsmouth

  • One member appointed by the board of selectmen of the town of Newington

  • One member appointed by the President of the Senate

  • One member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives

  • One member appointed jointly by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Portsmouth and the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Newington

  • One member who is nominated by the majority vote of the Legislative Delegation of the Strafford County
